We offer virtually every type of weld available, from MIG, TIG, and GMAW-P to spot welding, semiautomatic spot welding, 5-axis robotic welding, orbital welding, and more.

CUSTOM FABRICATIONS

We offer customers welding services for a broad range of parts, from small frames to large, heavy weldments and architectural fabrications, as well as for a variety of material types such as structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, exotic alloy materials, and more. We also offer post-fabrication services, such as full stainless polishing, surface graining, painting, powder coating, and glass bead and sand blasting.

5-AXIS ROBOTIC WELDING

These highly accurate, precise, and flexible welding machines are in high demand but are not readily available in the New England area. By partnering with TM Limited, you gain access to a 5-axis robotic welding machine and the accuracy, part reliability, repeatability, and quality that comes with it.

WELDING CERTIFICATIONS

As a TM Limited customer, you can be confident that the welding services you’re receiving meet the highest standards, including those set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); the American Welding Society (AWS), MIL-certified to AWS D17.1 (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, and D1.6); and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
